Hope For The Flowers
Once upon a time, there was a caterpillar. His name was Stripe. Tired of munching on leaves day in and day out he thought to himself, 'There must be more to life'. And so, he trailed some caterpillars crawling purposefully towards a towering caterpillar pillar (its summit veiled in clouds), and figured this must be it. Stripe climbed and climbed, stomping on others to reach the top, only to discover there was nothing up there. It took Yellow, another caterpillar who dared resist the climb to show him that there was not only more to life, there was more to him... He was born to be a butterfly. The story of Stripe and Yellow challenges us to look beyond finding success and fulfilment as crawling caterpillars; to take a risk to discover and recognise the natural potentials that lie within... and soar. Yellow helps Stripe become a butterfly he was meant to be.. by simply being one herself. |
